The Law Office of P. Christopher Wegner, Esq., acquired another local firm and in late May 2009, Wegner Law, PLLC (Wegner), began offering "value–added" legal services to local individuals and businesses. The new firm's proactive approach to practicing law and helping clients create new opportunities led to rapid expansion and by early 2010 Wegner was serving significant portions of the local healthcare industry, financial institutions, higher net–worth individuals and even other professional services firms.

In August 2010, Wegner teamed up with the local office of Brennan Manna & Diamond, P.L., to provide sophisticated healthcare law services to independent physicians in the area. This relationship would eventually lead to even greater things for Wegner; however, the conference established Wegner as a leader in health and other legal services for independent physicians.

In November, 2010, Wegner began working closely with local, regional and national accounting and law firms in the area allowing to grow into the law firm that it is today.

Wegner & Affiliates now has over 60 attorneys working with businesses, individuals and other professionals in healthcare, broadcast, private equity, accounting, finance and banking, small businesses, Fortune 100 Companies, international defense contractors, wealthy individuals & families, physicians & their families, agriculture, audit defense, development and other fields.

The Wegner law firm believes attorneys can deliver more than answers o tax and legal questions to clients. Wegner believes attorneys can bring new opportunities to businesses and individuals.

To accommodate the demand for Wegner's unique legal services and provide full service to clients, Wegner first began working with the Bonita office of a national law firm in 2010. This relationship would grow into a full fledged legal affiliation in February 2012 that allows Wegner to serve most clients regardless of size or need. However, Wegner retains the flexibility of a small local firm and can continue to provide services to small business, individuals and independent physicians in the area.

Wegner is an active member of the local community. The law firm is a member of the Naples Chamber of Commerce and the Bonita Springs Chamber of Commerce and sponsors many local events and programs.
