Wegner is a proactive law firm that is doing more than answering legal or tax questions or solving problems, our attorneys are helping clients create opportunity. Although we provide world-class ¨traditional¨ legal services, we believe that we provide more value to our customers when we combine our legal skills and other resources with our clients' knowledge of their business or objectives. This allows us to help individuals, families, small business and large companies in ways ¨traditional¨ law firms never could.

In addition to offering more value-added services to our clients than most law firm, we deliver those services in a unique, client focused, way. Instead of employing attorneys that are simply capale of handling our clients' needs, we partner law firms that are recognized for their excellence in a particular field to ensure that our clients are always receiving the best possible advice.

This unique delivery method also allows us to tailer our services to our clients unique needs and budget. By only bringing in outside counsel when a client needs a particular service, we are able to control our costs for each particular matter in a way very few other law firms can. However, by only bringing in attorneys that have extraordinary skills and experience in an area of law, we can lower our costs and increase the quality of the service we provide.

P. Christopher Wegner began practicing law in Naples in 2009. Originally he worked exclusively with other local accounting and law firms, large corporations and private equity groups on complicated tax matters. In early 2010, Mr. Wegner and another Naples area attorney formed Wegner Law, PLLC, to offer a full range of tax and legal services directly to the public.

Building on the relationships he made while working with other professionals, Mr. Wegner was able to provide the new firm’s clients with world-class legal and tax advice that was among the best in nation across a wide number of legal fields. Mr. Wegner quickly realized that this unique combination of access to the highest quality legal minds and the flexibility to use them only when the firm’s clients needed advice the particular area of law allowed the law firm to provide the most service to the widest variety of clients.

Today, Wegner serves individuals, small business, mid-sized companies and Fortune 500 companies with the same focus on bring the most value to the individual client. Our clients

Our clients are at the center of everything we do at Wegner. In an industry where most law firms and attorneys rate evaluate their success in terms of a number of hours billed we measure our performance directly by the growth of our clients. To do this, we work closely with our—much closer than most other law firms—to learn as much as possible about their business and needs to help us identify the best possible ways to help our clients.

When we bring in a new client, we spend an enormous amount of time learning about the client and their business. This time is strictly off the clock but we have discovered that this initial investment by us helps deliver considerably better advice when we are on the clock and our client’s interest are at stake.

Historically, the attorney-client relationship has began with the client calling the attorney for advice. At Wegner, we are there for our clients when they call but we also call our clients with advice. Advice they may not have been aware of but that can help them take advantage of new opportunities.
