Data Integrity

Personal data is only collected and processed to the extent necessary for the purposes described above. Wegner updates, corrects and erases personal data on a regular basis. Wegner will store and process your data only for the term of your retention of Wegner and for a period thereafter reasonably determined by business necessity and our professional obligations to you or as may be required by law.

Security

Wegner takes all commercially reasonably steps consistent with industry practice to protect your personal data by using established security standards and procedures. To prevent the loss, misuse, unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration and destruction of your personal data, each office in the Wegner network has established physical, electronic and managerial security procedures appropriate to the risks represented and the nature of the personal data to be protected. Our operations are reviewed at least annually for compliance with this Privacy Policy. We communicate this Privacy Policy to all Wegner personnel and train them as appropriate in implementing it. Wegner personnel who depart from our Privacy Policy are subject to strict disciplinary measures, which may include termination of employment or association.

Endorcement

Questions or concerns about the protection of your personal data or about this privacy policy should be directed to our Global Privacy Officer or to the Local Privacy Officer in the office providing services to you.

Wegner will work in good faith to resolve any concerns you may have about this policy and our privacy practices. We will cooperate with the relevant data protection and privacy authorities in any European Union Member State in which the Wegner network maintains an office. If Wegner fails to resolve a complaint regarding the processing of personal data, under certain circumstances the matter may be referred to the local data protection authorities in the jurisdiction of the office in which services are being provided. Wegner will work with such authorities and comply with their decisions.

Wegner engages in an annual exercise to verify that this privacy policy is accurate, comprehensive, prominently displayed, completely implemented and accessible, that its personnel are informed about complaint-handling arrangements, that procedures exist for training personnel and that internal procedures exist for conducting periodic objective compliance reviews.
